    The people at Sugartown are true masters of their craft and treat each of their smoked items as an individual work of art. The scallops are unparalleled with a delicate smoked touch and a succulent tenderness. Some salt sensitive people may say they're a bit on the salty side (from the brine)as my wife did. I rinsed hers briefly under cold water to reduce the saltiness which worked well according to her. As another reviewer suggested, I wrapped each scallop in a small strip of bacon cooked only long enough so it could still be wrapped around the scallop and broiled for 1-2 mins. Absolutely delicious!

    The smoked sea scallops are fantastic. Everyone loves them and they always ask where I got them and I am happy to tell them that I got them from Sugartown.

    These are so good! I love serving them just as they are to company, especially to people who claim not to like scallops. If they try just one, they're guaranteed to go back for more.
