We source fresh, local Boneless Rainbow Trout Fillets from crystal clear artesian waters in central Pennsylvania. The buyers at Sugartown recently contracted with Limestone Springs Preserve to provide us with their outstanding fillets. By utilizing a local product, we can assure you that the trout was literally swimming no more than two days before we received it! These beautiful fillets are cured with just the right amount of salt and sugar, then slowly smoked with natural hickory. Fillets average 5 ounces. A PA Preferred Product!!!
