Our flagship product, Sugartown's Hungarian Style Smoked Salmon is hand crafted using only the finest ingredients. We procure fresh, North Atlantic Salmon for its consistent quality, texture and taste. The salmon is hand filleted, trimmed and boned. The fillets are cured to exact specifications, then hot smoked using a unique blend of hardwoods and seasonings. A best seller year after year, the salmon is enhanced with our private spice blend which includes Sweet Hungarian Paprika. Available in 8 ounce, 16 ounce and whole fillets.The fillets average 2-1/4 pounds and come packaged on their own serving board.

    I live in the far West, where trout and salmon are plentiful and smoked fish of the local variety, plentiful. NOBODY smokes fish better than Sugartown and I always stock up when I visit my sister in PA. My family was so impressed, I placed an order online once I returned. Professionally packaged and promptly shipped, it made the Holidays memorable.
